By making a purchase, booking, subscription, or payment through ZairoHealth, you agree to this policy.

1. General Policy

Refund and cancellation terms may vary depending on the type of product, service, event, booking, seller, hospital, or third-party partner involved.

Where a specific refund or cancellation policy is shown at the time of purchase or booking, that specific policy will apply.

2. Jobs, Shifts, and Hospital Opportunities

ZairoHealth may allow healthcare professionals to apply for jobs, shifts, hospital calls, or other professional opportunities.

Unless expressly stated, application fees, verification fees, or service charges related to professional opportunities may be non-refundable after processing has started.

ZairoHealth does not guarantee selection, hiring, work allocation, payment from hospitals, or employment outcome.

3. Events, Workshops, and CME Programs

For paid events, workshops, conferences, webinars, or CME programs:

  • Cancellation before the stated deadline may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
  • Cancellation after the stated deadline may not be eligible for a refund.
  • No refund may be provided for no-shows.
  • If an event is cancelled by the organizer, users may receive a refund, credit, or rescheduled access depending on the organizer’s policy.
  • Certificate, accreditation, speaker, venue, and schedule changes are subject to the organizer’s terms.

4. Doctor Store Products

For products purchased through the Doctor Store:

  • Return and refund eligibility depends on the product category, seller policy, and condition of the product.
  • Products must generally be unused, unopened, undamaged, and returned with original packaging, invoice, accessories, and tags.
  • Certain items may not be returnable due to hygiene, safety, prescription, regulatory, or medical-use reasons.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be reported within the return window mentioned at the time of purchase.
  • Refunds may be approved only after seller inspection or verification.

Non-returnable items may include hygiene products, opened medical consumables, customized items, prescription-required products, perishable goods, digital products, and items marked “non-returnable.”

5. Professional Services

For services such as thesis support, CA services, compliance support, documentation assistance, consultation support, or other professional services:

  • Cancellation before work begins may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
  • Once work has started, refunds may be limited or unavailable.
  • Fees paid for completed consultations, documentation, filing, research, advisory, or service work are generally non-refundable.
  • Refunds will not be provided merely because the user is dissatisfied with an outcome that depends on third parties, academic bodies, tax authorities, government departments, hospitals, or other external institutions.

6. Subscriptions and Memberships

If ZairoHealth offers subscriptions, memberships, or paid plans:

  • Subscription fees may be charged in advance.
  • Users may cancel future renewals before the renewal date.
  • Fees already paid for an active billing period may be non-refundable unless required by law or expressly stated.
  • Benefits may continue until the end of the paid period unless the account is suspended for violation of ZairoHealth terms.

7. Verification or KYC Fees

Fees paid for verification, KYC review, document processing, profile review, or onboarding may be non-refundable once the review process has started.

Payment of verification fees does not guarantee approval.

8. Failed or Duplicate Payments

If payment is deducted but the transaction fails or is not confirmed:

  • Please contact ZairoHealth support with payment details.
  • Confirmed duplicate payments may be refunded after verification.
  • Bank or payment gateway timelines may apply.
  • ZairoHealth is not responsible for delays caused by banks, UPI providers, card networks, wallets, or payment gateways.

9. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will generally be processed to the original payment method.

Refund timelines may vary depending on:

  • Payment gateway
  • Bank or card issuer
  • UPI or wallet provider
  • Seller or partner approval
  • Nature of the product or service

Refunds may typically take 7 to 14 business days after approval, but actual timelines may vary.

10. Cancellation by ZairoHealth or Partners

ZairoHealth, sellers, hospitals, service providers, or event organizers may cancel a booking, order, service, subscription, or transaction due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or listing error
  • Failed verification
  • Suspected fraud or misuse
  • Violation of ZairoHealth terms
  • Payment failure
  • Operational issues
  • Legal or regulatory reasons
  • Force majeure events

In such cases, refund eligibility will depend on the reason for cancellation and applicable terms.

11. No Refund for Misuse or Policy Violation

Refunds may be denied if the user:

  • Provides false or misleading information
  • Misuses the platform
  • Violates ZairoHealth Terms & Conditions
  • Engages in fraudulent activity
  • Shares unauthorized documents or credentials
  • Abuses referral, offer, or reward programs
  • Cancels after services have already been delivered
