By registering as a hospital partner or using hospital partner features, you agree to this policy.
1. Purpose
ZairoHealth enables hospitals, clinics, and healthcare organizations to connect with healthcare professionals, publish opportunities, promote events, manage applications, and access platform services.
This policy is intended to support trust, transparency, lawful hiring, and professional conduct on the platform.
2. Partner Eligibility
Hospital partners may include:
- Hospitals
- Clinics
- Diagnostic centers
- Healthcare organizations
- Medical colleges or institutions
- Healthcare recruiters
- Event organizers
- Healthcare service providers
ZairoHealth may approve, reject, suspend, or remove partner access at its discretion.
3. Registration and Verification
Hospital partners may be required to provide:
- Organization name
- Registered address
- Contact person details
- Email and phone number
- Business registration documents
- Hospital or clinic license, where applicable
- GST details, where applicable
- Website or official profile
- Authorization letter or proof of representative authority
- Other documents required for verification
All information submitted must be true, accurate, current, and legally valid.
4. Use of Partner Features
Hospital partners may use ZairoHealth to:
- Create organization profiles
- Post jobs, shifts, emergency calls, or professional opportunities
- Review applications from healthcare professionals
- Communicate with applicants
- Promote CME events, workshops, or healthcare programs
- Access platform services or partnership tools
- Manage visibility and engagement on ZairoHealth
Partner access may vary based on verification status, subscription plan, commercial arrangement, or platform policy.
5. Job and Shift Listings
Hospital partners are responsible for ensuring that all listings are accurate, lawful, and complete.
Listings should clearly state relevant details such as:
- Role title
- Required qualification
- Specialty or department
- Work location
- Shift timing
- Duration
- Compensation or payment terms, where applicable
- Eligibility requirements
- Required documents
- Contact or application process
- Any important conditions
Hospital partners must not post misleading, discriminatory, fraudulent, unsafe, unlawful, or exploitative opportunities.
6. Hiring and Engagement Responsibility
ZairoHealth acts as a platform facilitator.
Hospital partners are solely responsible for:
- Screening applicants
- Conducting interviews
- Confirming qualifications and registrations
- Final hiring decisions
- Employment contracts or service agreements
- Payment to selected professionals
- Workplace safety and compliance
- Insurance, tax, labour, and regulatory obligations
- Maintaining records required by law
ZairoHealth does not become an employer, contractor, staffing agency, medical establishment, or legal representative of either party unless expressly agreed in writing.
7. Professional and Ethical Conduct
Hospital partners must:
- Treat applicants and users professionally
- Avoid harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior
- Respect user privacy and confidentiality
- Use applicant data only for legitimate hiring or partnership purposes
- Avoid contacting users for unrelated or unauthorized purposes
- Follow applicable healthcare, employment, and data protection laws
- Maintain safe, ethical, and lawful working conditions
8. Events and Programs
Hospital partners may use ZairoHealth to promote healthcare events, CME programs, workshops, conferences, or webinars.
The partner is responsible for:
- Event accuracy
- Speaker details
- Accreditation or certification claims
- Venue or online access
- Pricing and refund terms
- Compliance with applicable rules
- Participant communication
- Event cancellation or schedule changes
9. Fees, Payments, and Commercial Terms
Certain partner features may require fees, commissions, subscriptions, listing charges, promotional fees, or commercial agreements.
Commercial terms may be governed by a separate agreement, invoice, order form, or written confirmation.
Hospital partners agree to pay applicable charges, taxes, and fees according to the agreed terms.
10. Use of ZairoHealth Data
Hospital partners may access applicant or user information only for approved platform purposes.
Partners must not:

11. Content and Branding

By submitting content, partners grant ZairoHealth permission to host, display, promote, and use such content for platform and marketing purposes.
Partners must ensure they have rights to use all uploaded content.
12. Suspension or Termination
ZairoHealth may suspend or terminate hospital partner access if:
- Submitted information is false or outdated
- Verification fails
- Listings are misleading or unlawful
- Users report misconduct or non-payment
- Partner misuses applicant data
- Partner violates ZairoHealth policies
- Partner fails to pay applicable fees
- Legal, safety, or regulatory risks arise
13. Complaints and Disputes
Users may report hospital partners for misleading listings, payment disputes, misconduct, privacy concerns, or unsafe opportunities.
ZairoHealth may review complaints and take action, including requesting clarification, removing listings, restricting access, or suspending partner accounts.
Employment, payment, or workplace disputes between hospitals and professionals remain primarily between those parties.

ZairoHealth does not guarantee:
- Number or quality of applications
- Hiring outcomes
- Candidate availability
- Candidate performance
- Event registrations
- Revenue or business results
- Accuracy of all applicant-submitted information
- Continuous platform availability
