1. Ownership of ZairoHealth Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of content they lawfully own. However, by submitting content to ZairoHealth, users grant ZairoHealth a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, host, store, reproduce, display, publish, modify for formatting, distribute, promote, and process such content as needed to operate, improve, market, and protect the platform.
Users confirm that they have the rights, licenses, permissions, and authority required to upload or submit their content.
5. Hospital, Partner, and Seller Content
Hospitals, clinics, sellers, vendors, event organizers, and service providers are responsible for ensuring that all uploaded logos, product images, descriptions, documents, event material, claims, and branding are lawful and authorized.
ZairoHealth may remove or restrict content that appears to infringe intellectual property rights or violate platform policies.
6. Third-Party Intellectual Property
ZairoHealth may display third-party names, logos, product images, hospital information, service listings, links, or partner content.
Such materials belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on ZairoHealth does not imply endorsement, ownership, or affiliation unless expressly stated.
7. Reviews, Feedback, and Suggestions
If you provide ideas, suggestions, feedback, bug reports, feature requests, or improvement recommendations to ZairoHealth, you allow ZairoHealth to use them without restriction or compensation.
ZairoHealth may use such feedback to improve products, services, design, technology, content, and business operations.
8. Copyright or Trademark Complaints
If you believe content on ZairoHealth infringes your intellectual property rights, contact us with:
