These Community Guidelines explain the standards expected from users, doctors, healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, sellers, partners, and visitors using the ZairoHealth website, mobile applications, and related platforms.
By using ZairoHealth, you agree to follow these guidelines.
1. Be Professional and Respectful
All users must communicate respectfully and professionally.
Do not:
- Harass, abuse, insult, threaten, or intimidate others
- Use hateful, discriminatory, or offensive language
- Target people based on gender, caste, religion, race, nationality, disability, age, profession, medical condition, or identity
- Send repeated unwanted messages
- Shame, mock, or publicly attack users, patients, hospitals, doctors, or partners
2. Be Honest and Accurate
Users must provide truthful and accurate information.
Do not:
- Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, registration, license, role, organization, or experience
- Upload forged, altered, expired, or misleading documents
- Post fake jobs, fake shifts, fake events, fake products, or fake reviews
- Make false claims about medical outcomes, services, products, pricing, or availability
- Impersonate another person, doctor, hospital, clinic, company, or ZairoHealth representative
3. Protect Patient Privacy
Healthcare professionals, hospitals, and users must protect patient confidentiality.
Do not share:
- Patient names, photos, reports, prescriptions, case details, videos, or identifiable health information without lawful authority and consent
- Confidential hospital, clinic, or employer information
- Private conversations or documents without permission
Patient privacy and medical confidentiality must always be respected.
4. No Unsafe Medical Advice
ZairoHealth is not a place for careless, misleading, or unsafe medical advice.
Do not:
- Provide emergency medical instructions through public comments
- Promote guaranteed cures or miracle treatments
- Encourage unsafe self-medication
- Share misleading health claims
- Give advice outside your qualification or competence
- Replace proper medical consultation, diagnosis, or treatment
In emergencies, users should contact emergency services or visit the nearest hospital.
5. Keep Jobs, Shifts, and Hiring Fair
Hospitals, clinics, recruiters, and partners must post fair, lawful, and transparent opportunities.
Do not post:
- Misleading job or shift details
- Hidden payment terms
- Discriminatory requirements
- Unsafe or unlawful work conditions
- Fake hiring opportunities
- Unpaid work disguised as paid work
- Opportunities that violate healthcare, labour, or professional regulations
Healthcare professionals should also communicate honestly about availability, qualifications, and experience.
6. Use the Platform for Its Intended Purpose
ZairoHealth should be used for healthcare-related opportunities, services, events, products, communication, and professional support.
Do not use ZairoHealth for:
- Spam or mass unsolicited messages
- Fraud or scams
- Political propaganda
- Illegal sales or services
- Unauthorized advertising
- Data scraping
- Malware, phishing, or hacking
- Activities unrelated to ZairoHealth’s purpose
7. Respect Payments, Bookings, and Commitments
Users, hospitals, sellers, and service providers should honor agreed commitments.
Do not:
- Avoid agreed payments
- Misuse refund or cancellation policies
- Accept bookings or shifts you cannot fulfill
- Cancel repeatedly without valid reason
- Abuse referral, reward, coupon, or promotional programs
- Use duplicate accounts to claim benefits
8. Reviews and Feedback Must Be Genuine
Reviews, ratings, and feedback should reflect real experiences.
Do not:
- Post fake reviews
- Pay for misleading reviews
- Threaten users for reviews
- Use reviews for personal attacks
- Reveal private personal, medical, or financial details in reviews
9. No Harmful or Illegal Content
Do not upload, post, send, or promote content that is:
- Illegal
- Violent or threatening
- Sexually explicit or exploitative
- Hateful or discriminatory
- Defamatory
- Fraudulent or deceptive
- Infringing intellectual property rights
- Promoting drugs, weapons, or unlawful activity
- Harmful to minors
- Containing malware, phishing, or suspicious links
10. Follow Applicable Laws and Professional Rules
Users must comply with applicable laws, medical council rules, hospital policies, professional ethics, employment laws, tax laws, data protection requirements, consumer protection rules, and platform policies.
Healthcare professionals and hospitals remain responsible for their own legal, ethical, and professional compliance.

- Taking legal action where appropriate
