DMCA Policy

Last updated: July 11, 2026

This DMCA Policy explains how ZairoHealth handles copyright infringement notices, takedown requests, counter-notices, and repeat infringer actions for content available on the ZairoHealth website, mobile applications, and related platforms.

This policy is intended for copyright matters involving the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act. For non-U.S. copyright concerns, you may still contact us using the details below, and we will review the matter under applicable law and our platform policies.

1. Platform Content and User Content

ZairoHealth may allow users, doctors, hospitals, clinics, sellers, vendors, partners, or visitors to upload, submit, post, or share content, including profiles, documents, images, listings, reviews, event details, product descriptions, comments, and messages.

Users must only upload content that they own or are authorized to use.

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content on ZairoHealth infringes your copyright, you may send a written DMCA takedown notice to ZairoHealth.

Your notice should include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
  • Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it
  • Your contact information, including name, address, phone number, and email address
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Send DMCA notices to:

ZairoHealth Copyright Agent
Email: support@zairohealth.com
Website: https://zairohealth.com

If ZairoHealth appoints a formal U.S. DMCA designated agent, the agent’s details should be published here and registered with the U.S. Copyright Office.

3. Action After Receiving a Notice

After receiving a valid DMCA notice, ZairoHealth may:

  • Review the complaint
  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
  • Notify the user who uploaded or posted the content
  • Request additional information from the complainant
  • Preserve relevant records where necessary
  • Take action against repeat infringers

ZairoHealth may reject incomplete, unclear, abusive, fraudulent, or invalid notices.

4. Counter-Notice

If your content was removed or disabled because of a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notice.

Your counter-notice should include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the removed or disabled material
  • The location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification
  • Your name, address, phone number, and email address
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate U.S. federal court, where applicable
  • A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice or their agent

Send counter-notices to:

ZairoHealth Copyright Agent
Email: support@zairohealth.com
Website: https://zairohealth.com

5. Restoration of Content

After receiving a valid counter-notice, ZairoHealth may forward it to the original complainant.

Where applicable under the DMCA, ZairoHealth may restore the removed content if the complainant does not notify us that they have filed a legal action seeking a court order against the user.

Restoration is not guaranteed. ZairoHealth may continue to restrict content that violates our Terms & Conditions, User Generated Content Policy, Community Guidelines, Intellectual Property Policy, or applicable law.

6. Repeat Infringers

ZairoHealth may suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly upload or share infringing content.

Repeat infringement may also result in:

  • Removal of content
  • Loss of posting privileges
  • Rejection of listings
  • Removal of verification or partner status
  • Account suspension or termination
  • Legal action where appropriate

7. Misrepresentation

Submitting false, misleading, or bad-faith DMCA notices or counter-notices may result in legal liability.

Do not submit a DMCA notice unless you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

8. No Legal Advice

ZairoHealth does not provide legal advice about copyright ownership, fair use, licensing, infringement, DMCA notices, or counter-notices.

If you are unsure about your rights or obligations, consult a qualified legal professional.
