This policy does not apply to digital services, consultations, event bookings, jobs, shifts, subscriptions, or professional services unless expressly stated.

ZairoHealth or its sellers may deliver products to selected pin codes, cities, states, or regions in India.

Delivery availability may depend on:

ZairoHealth or the seller is not responsible for failed or delayed delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable address details.

9. Failed Delivery

  • Recipient is unavailable
  • Phone number is unreachable
  • Delivery is refused
  • Location is not serviceable
  • Required documents or verification are not provided
  • Courier restrictions apply
  • Multiple delivery attempts fail

In such cases, the order may be returned to the seller. Refund or reshipment eligibility will depend on the seller policy, product condition, courier charges, and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

10. Restricted or Regulated Products

Some medical, diagnostic, prescription, cold-chain, equipment, or professional-use products may require additional checks before shipping.

11. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect product, contact ZairoHealth support within the return window shown for the product.

Please provide:

  • Order ID
  • Photos or video of the package and product
  • Invoice or label photo
  • Description of the issue
  • Unboxing video, where available

Resolution may include replacement, refund, return pickup, seller review, or rejection if the claim is invalid or reported late.

12. Open Box and Inspection

Some products may be eligible for open-box inspection or delivery verification where offered by the logistics partner.

If open-box inspection is not available, users should inspect the package after delivery and report issues promptly.

13. Partial Shipments

Orders with multiple items may be delivered in separate shipments.

Shipping charges, delivery dates, tracking numbers, and return eligibility may vary for each shipment.

14. Delivery Acceptance

ZairoHealth and sellers are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, transport disruption, government restrictions, public health emergencies, courier failure, network issues, or other force majeure events.

Returns and refunds after delivery are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy and product-specific return terms.

Certain products may be non-returnable due to hygiene, medical safety, regulatory, prescription, customization, cold-chain, consumable, or sealed-package reasons.
