This Subscription Policy explains how subscriptions, memberships, paid plans, renewals, cancellations, billing, benefits, and access are handled on the ZairoHealth website, mobile applications, and related platforms.

By purchasing or using a ZairoHealth subscription, membership, or paid plan, you agree to this policy along with our Terms & Conditions, Payment Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy, and other applicable platform policies.

1. Scope

This policy applies to any subscription, membership, paid plan, premium access, recurring billing, or plan-based service offered by ZairoHealth, including plans for:

  • Hospitals, clinics, and healthcare organizations
  • Sellers, vendors, and service providers
  • Event organizers

4. Auto-Renewal

Some subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Where auto-renewal is enabled, users authorize recurring charges through the selected payment method.

ZairoHealth may send renewal reminders where required or feasible, but users are responsible for tracking renewal dates and cancelling on time if they do not wish to continue.

5. Manual Renewal

Some subscriptions may require manual renewal.

If payment is not completed before expiry, access to subscription benefits may stop at the end of the active period.

6. Free Trials and Promotional Plans

ZairoHealth may offer free trials, introductory pricing, coupons, or promotional subscriptions.

Trial or promotional terms may include:

If a material change affects an active paid subscription, ZairoHealth may provide notice where reasonable. Continued use of the subscription after changes means you accept the updated features.

9. Cancellation by User

Users may cancel future subscription renewal through available account settings, app store settings, payment settings, or by contacting support.

Cancellation generally stops future billing but does not automatically refund fees already paid for the current billing period unless required by law or expressly stated.

Subscription benefits may continue until the end of the paid period unless the account is suspended or terminated for policy violation.

10. Refunds

Subscription refunds are governed by ZairoHealth’s Refund & Cancellation Policy and any specific terms shown at the time of purchase.

Unless expressly stated, subscription fees already paid may be non-refundable after the billing period begins.

Refunds may not be available for:

  • Partial use of subscription
  • Unused benefits
  • Failure to cancel before renewal
  • Account suspension due to policy violation
  • Promotional or discounted plans marked non-refundable
  • Services already delivered or consumed

11. Upgrade, Downgrade, or Plan Change

ZairoHealth may allow users to upgrade, downgrade, or change plans.

Plan changes may result in:

  • Prorated charges or credits
  • Change in renewal date
  • Loss of certain benefits
  • New eligibility requirements

12. Failed Payments

13. Account Suspension or Termination

Suspension or termination due to policy violation may not qualify for refund.

14. Non-Transferability

Subscriptions, memberships, plans, coupons, credits, and benefits are generally non-transferable unless expressly allowed by ZairoHealth.

Users must not sell, share, rent, or transfer subscription access.

15. Taxes

Subscription prices may be subject to GST or other applicable taxes.

Users, partners, hospitals, sellers, and service providers are responsible for their own tax compliance unless expressly stated otherwise.

16. App Store Subscriptions

If a subscription is purchased through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another app store, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund processes may be governed by that app store’s terms.

Users may need to manage cancellation or refund requests directly through the relevant app store.
