This Payment Policy explains how payments, billing, invoices, taxes, payment failures, refunds, payouts, and payment-related responsibilities are handled across the ZairoHealth website, mobile applications, and related platforms.
By making or receiving any payment through ZairoHealth, you agree to this policy along with our Terms & Conditions, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy, AML & KYC Policy, and other applicable platform policies.
1. Scope
This policy applies to payments related to:
- Doctor verification or profile review fees
- Jobs, shifts, or hospital opportunity-related charges, where applicable
- Event bookings, workshops, webinars, CME programs, or conference fees
- Doctor Store product purchases
- Professional services, including thesis support, CA services, documentation, or support services
- Subscriptions, memberships, or premium features
- Hospital partner plans, listings, promotions, or service fees
- Seller, vendor, or partner payouts
- Referral rewards, wallet credits, coupons, or promotional benefits
- Any other paid feature or transaction on ZairoHealth
2. Payment Methods
ZairoHealth may support payment methods such as:
- UPI
- Debit cards
- Credit cards
- Net banking
- Wallets
- Payment links
- Bank transfers
- Other payment methods enabled by third-party payment partners
Available payment methods may vary by platform, location, transaction type, payment gateway, bank, or partner.
3. Third-Party Payment Gateways
Payments may be processed by third-party payment gateways, banks, card networks, UPI providers, wallets, or other financial service providers.
By making a payment, you may also be subject to the terms, privacy policy, refund process, and security practices of those third-party providers.
ZairoHealth is not responsible for delays, failures, outages, reversals, bank declines, gateway errors, or issues caused by third-party payment providers.
4. Pricing and Charges
Prices, fees, commissions, subscriptions, service charges, delivery fees, convenience fees, taxes, or other charges may be displayed at the time of purchase or booking.
ZairoHealth may update pricing at any time. Changes will not affect completed transactions unless correction is required due to error, fraud, or legal obligation.
Users should review all charges before confirming payment.
5. Taxes
Applicable taxes, including GST or other statutory charges, may be added where required.
Users, partners, sellers, vendors, hospitals, and service providers are responsible for their own tax compliance unless expressly stated otherwise.
Invoices, receipts, or tax documents may be issued where applicable and available.
6. Payment Confirmation
A transaction is considered successful only after ZairoHealth or its payment partner receives confirmation.
If your payment is deducted but confirmation is delayed or failed, contact support with the transaction reference.
Access to paid services, bookings, products, subscriptions, or benefits may be delayed until payment is confirmed.
7. Failed, Pending, or Duplicate Payments
If a payment fails, remains pending, or is deducted without confirmation:
- Do not repeat payment immediately unless instructed
- Check your bank, UPI, card, or wallet status
- Contact ZairoHealth support with transaction details
- Confirmed duplicate payments may be refunded after verification
- Failed payment reversals may depend on bank or gateway timelines
8. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by ZairoHealth’s Refund & Cancellation Policy and any specific terms shown at the time of transaction.
Refund eligibility may vary by:
- Product category
- Service type
- Event organizer policy
- Subscription terms
- Seller or partner policy
- Stage of service completion
- Verification or processing status
- User cancellation timing
Approved refunds are generally processed to the original payment method unless another method is required or permitted.
9. Subscriptions and Renewals
If ZairoHealth offers subscriptions or memberships:
- Fees may be charged in advance
- Renewal may be automatic or manual depending on the plan
- Users are responsible for cancelling before renewal, where applicable
- Active-period fees may be non-refundable unless stated otherwise
- Benefits may stop if payment fails, subscription expires, or account is suspended
10. Payouts to Partners, Sellers, or Service Providers
Where ZairoHealth facilitates payouts to sellers, vendors, hospitals, event organizers, service providers, or partners, payouts may be subject to:
- KYC or business verification
- Bank account verification
- Tax documentation
- Refund or chargeback hold periods
- Platform fees or commissions
- Settlement cycles
- Fraud or risk review
- Legal or regulatory restrictions
ZairoHealth may withhold, delay, reverse, or adjust payouts in cases of fraud, disputes, failed delivery, chargebacks, policy violations, or legal requirements.
11. Referral Rewards, Credits, and Coupons
Referral rewards, wallet credits, coupons, discounts, and promotional benefits may be subject to separate terms.
ZairoHealth may cancel, reverse, or deny rewards if:
- Duplicate accounts are used
- Fraud or misuse is suspected
- Terms are violated
- Transactions are cancelled or refunded
- Eligibility conditions are not met
- Technical or pricing errors occur
Promotional benefits may have expiry dates, usage limits, and non-transferability conditions.
12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you raise a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment gateway, ZairoHealth may:
- Suspend the related order, booking, service, or account
- Provide transaction evidence to the payment partner
- Pause refunds, rewards, or payouts
- Restrict future transactions if misuse is suspected
Users should contact ZairoHealth support before raising disputes so the issue can be reviewed quickly.
13. Security
ZairoHealth does not ask users to share passwords, OTPs, full card numbers, banking credentials, or UPI PINs.
Never share sensitive payment credentials with anyone claiming to represent ZairoHealth.
Report suspicious payment messages, fake links, or impersonation immediately.
14. Currency
Unless otherwise stated, payments on ZairoHealth may be charged in Indian Rupees.
For international transactions, exchange rates, bank charges, international fees, or taxes may be applied by the user’s bank or payment provider.
15. Payment Restrictions
ZairoHealth may refuse, cancel, hold, or reverse a transaction if:
- Payment is unauthorized
- Fraud or misuse is suspected
- KYC or verification is incomplete
- Listing or pricing error occurs
- Product or service is unavailable
- Transaction violates platform policies
- Required by law, payment gateway, bank, or partner
